My name is Nicole and I am trying to help my friend Moses collect some funds to realise his idea in Uganda. Following you will find his proposal:

*Background*

For the past 15 years, Moses has worked as a social worker, using breakdance and beatboxing as powerful tools for positive social transformation. His work has impacted countless young people, inspiring creativity, discipline, and hope.

Moses has always envisioned establishing a Youth Community Center that integrates sports, dance, music, farming, leadership training, and performing arts. This center aims to empower young people by providing them with skills, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

*Progress So Far*

In 2020, after years of working in various European and African countries, Moses returned home to begin turning this dream into reality. Using his personal savings, he purchased land and began foundational development work, which includes:

Construction of a community water point. Building a perimeter wall around the land.

Initiating farming activities (bananas, coffee, mango trees, and avocado trees).

These milestones have laid a strong foundation for the establishment of the Youth Community Center.

*Next Phase: The Greenhouse Project*

The next major step is the construction of a greenhouse, which will serve as a sustainable income-generating project to support the ongoing and future activities of the community center such as the construction of a dance studio and other youth programs.

*Project Details*

Greenhouse Size: 70 ft x 40 ft.

Estimated Production: Approximately 100 kg of produce weekly once harvesting begins

Purpose: To generate steady income to sustain youth programs, community events, and maintenance of the center

*Expected Impact*

The greenhouse will:

Provide a reliable income source for the community center.

Create employment and training opportunities for young people.

Promote sustainable agriculture practices. Strengthen the overall self-reliance of the youth center.
