Hello everyone! For those who may not know me, I'm Adolph Daniel Lopez, some know me by my first name, some by my middle name and some by DL. I'm a husband to an amazing wife, and a father of two awesome children. I was born with a cleft pallet. I have required many surgeries over my life to repair the cleft and it gave me a great quality of life. I require another surgery on my mouth because of the cleft pallet. This surgery would also improve my quality of life. Right now as it stands, I can't afford to have the surgery. That's why I'm humbly asking you to consider helping out. No pressure at all if you can't. I do ask for everyones prayers though! If you can give, it would be a blessing to my family and I. Any money given would go directly to the expenses related to the surgery and allow me to take the much needed 4 week recovery before returning to work.
