Hi I’m Lara and I’m fundraising for a 3 week expedition to Costa Rica this summer, by taking part in a sponsored 5k inflatable run on 25th April. Any donations will help pay for this trip (and help to improve my fitness for the trekking!)

We will be trekking and camping in the mountainous highlands and rainforest with many opportunities to learn about the vast array of wildlife that make Costa Rica such an amazing ecosystem.

We will also spend a week volunteering alongside local Costa Rican communities in valuable conservation-based projects.
