Conscious Classrooms Fundraiser

Conscious Classrooms offers a supportive home-school group as an alternative to mainstream education. As the world evolves, so do education systems.

In 2021, changes like relationship education alongside the lack of emotional literacy in UK schools led a group of Parents to raise concerns online about the current UK National curriculum. Concerns grew that vital life skills were being overlooked, leaving children underprepared for future challenges.

Many parents feel powerless in safeguarding their child's development, believing the current curriculum changes are not aligned with children's needs.

We know that every child learns differently, and some require additional emotional support that mainstream schools often overlook unless formal educational needs are identified.

Mainstream school is also not a good fit for all and homeschooling children can often feel very isolating for both parents and children. This is why we created The Conscious Classrooms.

Our passionate homeschool group focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and soul through mindfulness, academic development, and emotional literacy.

More importantly, we have created a place where children enjoy learning. Children are encouraged to have a voice, speak their mind, and develop new ideas, which we try to incorporate into their learning. This provides a more organic development of skills.

Currently we are proud to support 30 children in our amazing program. But we want to do more.

We are reaching out to you to help us grow our Conscious Classrooms community, enhance our learning experiences and provide more enriching opportunities for children and families.
