Conquering cancer for Meghan Kleineck
Donation protected

Meghan was diagnosed last month with Stage 3-4 Non-Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma, an aggressive cancer that will need immediate and aggressive chemotherapy. While this treatment will most likely result in remission for Meghan, there is the very real possibility that it could destroy her ability to become pregnant. For this reason, her oncologist has recommended that she harvest and freeze some of her eggs. Unfortunately, this is a very expensive procedure, and one that is not covered by insurance. While there are grants to help, the bills are already mounting and chemotherapy hasn’t even started yet. Insurance unfortunately only covers a percentage of the expenses incurred in diagnosis, treatment, surgeries, etc., and Meghan is quickly becoming overwhelmed by the relentless accumulation of debt. Cancer is challenging enough on its’ own, and takes a very real mental and physical toll.
We are asking for help to relieve the financial one, knowing that easing the financial strain will help give Meghan the best possible chance for recovery. We all want, in the worst way, to just make this go away, but we can’t. Helping our Meggie financially, however, is something that we can tangibly do to help. $10,000 is the goal, but I believe we can be over-achievers. Anything you are able to donate will help. Thank you and please share this to all. <3
