Help My Dad Conquer Lyme Disease

For over a decade, doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with my dad. They poked, prodded, and tested. They drew blood a thousand times. They scanned every part of his body over and over again.

They thought it was MS. Or maybe ALS. Or maybe Lupus. Or maybe Parkinson's. 

He had symptoms of all of those, but none of them seem to actually fit. And all the while, he continued to get worse.

Eventually, he was having daily episodes of paralysis. He was forgetting what he was saying in the middle of sentences. Parts of his body were numb all the time. And he was about to be bound to a wheelchair.

Then, we figured out that he had Lyme Disease.

A tick bite from decades ago had poisoned his body and created all of these issues.

And once he started getting treated for Lyme, he started to improve. 

The episodes of paralysis got fewer. His memory got clearer. His nerves got better. And he could walk without stumbling.

I got my dad back.

Now, he needs one last treatment to fully conquer the Lyme in his system.

But it's expensive, and of course, insurance refuses to pay for it.

So, if you could find it in your heart to donate a few dollars, I would greatly appreciate it. I hate to ask, and I wish it wasn't this way.

But without this treatment, my dad stands a good chance of slowly reverting back to the terrible shape he used to be in.
