Connor's Hospital and dream fund

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank you all for even clicking on this page.
Before I go into detail about my brother Connor, I want to state that I am doing this: A. For him and my family and B. Not telling any of them. We have had so many fundraisers and loans and family and friends that have helped Connor and us with anything and everything you could imagine, I felt it would be selfish to go to that well again. So I came here. I've seen anything from "GoFundMe" miracles to "GoFundMe" beggers and always thought this wasn't for me. Asking for money isn't exactly my thing but I don't have many other choices at this point...
Connor Johnathon Gill is my 22 year old (Just spent his birthday in the hospital) brother. He was born with just about every single ailment you could think of. He has never walked. He has never crawled. He will never be able to live by himself, wash himself or get the paper outside but he has lived more than a lot of us have. Despite all his ailments, he has over a dozen Special Olympics Gold Medals for swimming, he has a girlfriend (I dont even have one of those and i'm 27), and he even goes diving once a year in Florida! Yes, thats right, every year he and my brother, mother and father go to Fl to literally WALK ON THE SURFACE under water. Albeit it is in water, seeing the video of my lil brother, my lil guy WALKING has brought tears to my eyes...
That's what brings me to GoFundMe... Recently my family and I have been informed that his days of rolling around in his electric wheelchair may be coming to an end. You see, his spine is so deformed at this point that they need to preform surgery to keep it from falling apart entirely. We are not entirely sure how we all feel about this procedure, for it will almost certainly confine him to a bed for the majority of the rest of his life, but I thought, as his only big brother, and one of his best friends, that before any of this occurs, we needed to take a family trip. We need to do the things that he may only have a few years left to do. We need to knock off a life's worth of bucket list items for a 22 year old. Connor deserves to live every life's dream before he's no longer able.
-Here's the catch- I'm a poor 27 year old living in the city, my dad's a retired factory worker, and all my mom's money is already tied up in the MAMMOTH house and hospital bills we needed to build just to accomodate Connor and his lifestyle. His last year of his school funded diving program was last year and we just dont have to funds to do anything even remotely glamourous, let alone anything Connor deserves... Connor's disabilty has prevented not just us, but mostly HIM from going many places, doing many things, and living full lives.
I'm not gonna sit here and pretend like this isn't a desperate plea for money, its practically begging, but there's a cause behind it and a cause that I believe in. I want to do something special for my brother. I want to reward him for dealing with a miserable hand that life dealt him with grace and maturity. He's always been a handfull but I couldn't possibly imagine my life without him. By just being him, he has taught me patience, loyalty, empathy, and how to love without expecting anything other than love in return. He has made me into the man I am today and I just want to thank him.
The two thousand dollar figure is entirely arbitrary but it will certainly help with any hospital bills, wheelchair bills, and anything Connor wants do, and anywhere he wants to go. I hope you guys can help me help him!
Also, anybody can share this with anybody they want as long as you aren't friends with my immediate family :-)
