For those of you that don’t know, Connor was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis on Father’s Day of 2022. His case has gotten so severe that we need to travel down to NYU for more specialized care. Since being diagnosed he has tried 3 different medications and has been hospitalized twice. He is currently deemed malnourished due to all the weight he has lost and is unable to leave the house for long periods of time. He is on one last medication, but it doesn’t seem to be working. In 6 short months we are already being presented with surgery. Since medication is not able to help there is no other option other than removing his colon. He has been out of work for about a month and we are are only surviving on one income. If you know Connor you know that he is the type of person that works hard. He takes pride in the job that he does and hates being away from work. With a child soon arriving in 4 months and still a ton of work to be done; we are asking family, friends, and the community to help in any way they can. We are not sure how much longer he will be out of work. I know the holiday season is upon us and money is tight, so even just a share to get the message out would be greatly appreciated.
