One year ago June 3rd, Connor suffered an AVM rupture.. in true Connor fashion, he was fighting and progressing following emergency brain surgery.. Connor was in ICU with a transfer to CHOP to try to save Connor’s life following complications for 23 days before he couldn’t fight anymore.. and Connor was called home to heaven on June 26..
In honor of Connor’s 23 days of strength and fight his grandpa will be challenging himself to take 230,000 steps in Connor’s memory.. please help us raise $230 in support of his grandpa’s challenge
