Hi. My 25-year-old son, Connor Bond, has just been diagnosed with nodular sclerosis Hodgkin Lymphoma and is Stage IV.
He needs as much money as you can spare to get through this. Please contribute to his gofund.me...even $5 helps.
The cancer is in his lymph system in multiple lymph nodes and also has involved some of the lining of his lungs. He is floored with this diagnosis, but is trying to stay as positive as he can that his upcoming cancer treatment will kick this cancer in the butt!
Connor went to Portland Community College to get his training as an Aircraft Mechanic and started the semester before the Covid-19 Pandemic hit in 2020 . He got through the nightmare of closings of the school, a shift to online classes and then finally the school reopening classes. He took and passed his FAA certification testing for both Airframe and Powerplant ratings and as of 2023 Connor is now a full-fledged certified Aircraft Mechanic.
His current employment, which he loves, doesn't have any benefits available at all and he is only paid for the hours he works. Now Connor has only worked 8 hours since December 13th and is going to be significantly immune compromised in addition to his body fighting the cancer with the help of chemotherapy. He will not be able to work for quite some time due to his cancer treatment, tests, doctor's appointments, and lab appointments.
Now is your chance to give back to this young adult who tirelessly spreads positivity to everyone he knows. He needs support from his family, friends and community. Our goal is to make sure Connor can keep up with his monthly fixed expenses and upcoming medical bills from this cancer treatment, while he takes the time to heal and recuperate. The good news is with Connor's positive mental attitude, and the skilled oncologists at Providence Cancer Institute Willamette Falls Clinic, his form of cancer is very treatable and curable. It will just be a rough ride for Connor to get to the finish line.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
Donations will be used for:
- Health insurance premiums
- Medical bills
- Living expenses while being treated
Feel free to share this with your families, friends, community and businesses because Connor needs all the help he can get from everyone.
GoFundMe charges a portion of every transaction. To allow Connor to receive 100% of the funds contributed, you can send donations via ZELLE, Venmo, CASH APP, PayPal and Checks via snail mail to Connor, please contact me for further details.
I very much appreciate your time in reading this and hopefully your donation to my son Connor as well.
