Connie's Road To Recovery #Connie

My dear friend Connie was in a terrible car accident February 18.  She suffered multiple rib fractures, broken arm, broken vertebrae, broken sternum and a collapsed lung. On February 28th she went into cardiac arrest, and her brain was deprived of oxygen for several minutes. She was given a 5-10% chance of a meaningful recovery, but they don’t know Connie. Against all odds and doctors’ forecasts Connie continues to improve, but her recovery will take many months.

Connie is a wife, loving mother of three and friend to many. She is fun, witty, smart, strong and vibrant. She has touched many with her kind soul, contagious laugh and wicked sense of humor. Connie’s husband, Brad has missed weeks of work, all unpaid, and will miss many more.
