Conner Morgan Dirt bike accident

This is my brother Conner. He went riding in Mona, Ut yesterday with his brother Tanner. A kid was riding too close behind conner and he ended up landing on top of him with his dirtbike. It shattered his T11 and T12 vertebrae. When they shattered they hit his spinal cord. He is paralyzed from the waist down. IF anyone can make a recovery it would be a healthy 18 year old kid. He has very little sensation but no movement. Everything is changing for him and our family. He will need lots of physical therapy and Conner is worried about being a financial burden to his family. He loved his job always wanted to earn his own way. Whatever you can give to help get Conner the best care possible and help have the will to live would be much appreciated.
