Conner Dixon, help support his family

My name is Karen McGarrigle, Aunty of Kiara McGarrigle, and great Aunty to Rowan McGarrigle.

On July 1st, in Lethbridge, Alberta at approximately 10pm, TRAGEDY struck our family. While riding his motorcycle on his way home, Conner Dixon's short life of 28 years ended, when a car that made an unsafe left-hand turn, took him off the road.

Conner leaves behind his partner Kiara (25 years old), whom he has been with since she was 14, and their son Rowan of 5 years old. He was a loving and devoted father and partner. It was very important for Conner to always be a part of all of Rowan's "firsts", and Kiara did her best to make sure this always happened. As a family they enjoyed the outdoors and spent many trips camping.

Conner was a very hardworking man and would never turn down a job to make some extra money for his family. Conner was the main breadwinner of the family.

With heavy hearts, we are reaching out to our family and friends to help in this time of sorrow and loss. Kiara and Rowan need all the help they can get to pivot their lives without the support of their partner and father. Any amount you are willing to contribute is greatly appreciated, and if you are unable to contribute at this time, please share with your family and friends.

There will not be a formal funeral but there will be a Celebration of Life. The date is yet to be decided.
