We are a group of families that have agreed to come together and organize a new congregation to raise strong families, to build a strong community and to impact the world for our Heavenly Father and for good.
There is an abundance of need in this area for a place for families to meet. We currently have at least 15 families that are interested in attending weekly. In order to meet that need, we formed the Congregation of Mansfield with 7 initial member families that are dedicated to meeting the need and that have been entrusted to oversee the purchase of the building. All funds are managed by 2 co-treasurers who are responsible and accountable to the congregation.
We are planning to meet weekly and have different brothers share each week. We believe that all who are part of the body of Messiah are given gifts to be used for the edification of the body and we expect all members to contribute to the body based on the gifts that the Father has blessed them with.
We believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of Elohim and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction and for instruction in righteousness: that the man of Elohim may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
Congregation of Mansfield currently has a signed purchase agreement to purchase the property in the picture which is located at 401 N Broad Avenue in Mansfield MO for $165,000. This is a 5,600 square foot building and is turn-key. This is an incredible deal at less than $30 per square foot. The building has space for worship & teaching, classroom space and kitchen/dining space. In addition to the purchase price, $10,000 is needed for acquisition of chairs and tables and some modest sound equipment to get up and running (the chairs and tables in the picture belong to the previous owners).
