Concussion and ICU visit

Gabe just recently had an emergency visit and surgery. We all know medical bills are expensive and the more we can help, the more we can alleviate that financial burden.

We are not sure of the total medical costs just yet, he's waiting to receive an itemized list, but we estimate $2000 will be a good goal, and we can always surpass it based on new information we receive.
