Computers for Hope Haven Rwanda

Friends and Family!

As some of you may know, we (being Jesse Gill and Tyler Kahn) have the wonderful opportunity to travel to Rwanda this October. We will be volunteering with an organization called Hope Haven Rwanda (www.hopehavenrwanda.com) that provides care and education for Rwandan children, many of which have never been to school before.

Hope Haven Rwanda has a computer lab used by the 350 students. We are raising funds to purchase much-needed additional  Amazon Kindles and Laptops for the students. 

Amazon Kindles are $75 and Laptops are $400. Any contribution helps, and 100% of the funds raised will contribute straight towards the Kindles and Laptops! That means that none of the funds will go towards our personal travel expenses,

Our goal is to raise $5,000 by August 15 so that we have time to purchase and set up the Kindles and Laptops prior to our trip. This is enough funds for 10 Laptops and 13 Kindles! 

UPDATE: We've extended the deadline! We are now taking donations until early October!
