Thank you all once again for your generosity. We were not expecting to meet our goal so quick, and weren't even sure if we would meet it at all. Now we have gone over. Thank you so much. We will look at the desktops for Victoria.
Since we have met our goal for this, we will keep this campaign open in case people would like to keep donating. Anything over the 2000 will help go towards medical expenses.

The main reason for this GoFundMe is my daughter Victoria Benton would like a computer.
Victoria was diagnosed with Leukemia on February 25, 2020. I decided to take a leave out of work and have been out since then. She was admitted to the hospital that same day and stayed for a month and a week . I stayed with her the entire time. Victoria continues to receive intensive treatment at Hasbro Children's Hospital. This treatment will take about two years.
As you may know it has been extremely challenging emotionally, mentally, physically and Financially. Despite being out of work, I still have to pay employees contribution toward my family health insurance, etc. This has cause quite a financial drain.
Victoria wishes to get a desktop computer. This will help her out tremendously, especially for distance learning, as she will most likely be missing school longer than the pandemic. For clarification, treatment may take two year, and although the schools currently provide Chromebooks for the Covid-19 pandemic, those have to be returned, and we are not certain if they will still provide after the pandemic. The $2000 goal is so that we can provide a good quality desktop that will last many years. While we hope to reach that goal, we will buy a desktop based on how much is actually raised. If you have any questions or concerns about how the money will be spent please feel free to contact us. Ultimately this GoFundMe is to fulfill Victorias wish of getting a desktop computer.
