Hello hello. If you’re reading this, I’d like to first extend my appreciation for you taking the time to do so. My name is Dayne and I’m currently an international student in Canada. I came here from Jamaica with the hopes of bettering myself and my life, as it felt painfully stagnant back home. Although the journey so far has been quite hapless both emotionally and financially, I still hang on to hope that things will get better in the long run.

I’ve had my laptop for a couple years now and it’s served me well. It’s had its fair share of issues but this year all issues amplified. It’s been overheating a lot among other issues which have collectively caused it to no longer turn on. Since it’s been a few years now, I figured it would probably be best to invest in an entirely new computer that would last me a longer time and cost less than buying an entirely new laptop. 

It’s been incredibly hard to get a job this past year. Everything I’ve applied for has fallen through and honestly it’s been so demoralizing. Now without a computer, job hunting has become that much harder. So if it is within your means, a donation of any amount would be much appreciated.
