Chloe, Rose and I will be completing a stage each of a half Iron Man in aid of raising money and awareness for Dementia, unfortunately at some point in our lives  we will all be affected by this disease whether it’s ourselves or someone close to us or someone we know.

A Half Iron man consists of as I had no idea either, this is all done in the same day.

1.2 mile swim 
56 mile bike 
13.1 mile run

We will be competing at Holkham Hall on the 4th July 2021

We have never done anything like this before, and if we are honest have not even started training....so this is not going to be easy at all but I’m more than willing to go through a lot of pain to raise some much needed money to fight back against such a horrible disease. Any money you can give will be hugely appreciated!
