Complete Operating Hotel of Hogwarts

What I'm raising money for: 
I present this idea of building the world's first lifesize replica of Hogwarts School of Magic and Wizardry from the movies of Harry Potter. This will be a hotel with all access to the castle and grounds taken straight out of the movies. 

How the money will be used:
Every dollar donated will be used for the procurement of property (appx. $400,000 for 40 acres), development of the structure (appx. $210,000,000 materials and labor costs), complete landscaping and other structures on set (appx $10,000,000), and reserve operating and over budget costs (appx. $30M)

Why this is important to me:
Not one person has actively sought to replicate the much dreamed of venue. To be able to visit the books in real life is something unimaginable to most diehard Harry Potter fans. Universal Studios has come close to this feat, however, stopped short of this goal and leaves the unsuspecting guest wanting more. I challenge that dream by making it a reality and with YOUR help, we can see this project through to completion. It all starts with a dream and a dollar. It's not far fetched and can be done by those who are willing to donate. Help a lot or a little, it all matters for the end result!
