Help house flood damage and health problems.
Hello, I am Heidi (Sanborn) Sweetland only child to my mother Carmen (Fecteau) Sanborn. For the last several years of her life I acted as her sole caregiver. She had Alzheimer's/Dementia and was blind. She refused to go into a nursing home facility.
Unfortunately mom couldn't comprehend that for my personal financial stability after she passed that I needed to be employed. That her personal finances weren't enough to get us by while she lived and then for me to close her estate and live on while doing so.
The stress of dealing with being her caregiver caused my own mental health and physical health to decline. Which includes me having a second stroke along with many TIAs. Activation of my Complex PTSD which cause stress related inflammation. This lead to my first time diverticulitis flare-up with a perforated colon with sepsis infection and having a temporary colectomy. Luckily they could reverse the colectomy but during the reconnect surgery it was discovered I had serious abdominal organ damage due to the sepsis infection. Several doctors
have recommended seeing an oral surgeon and getting dentures for overall improved health.
At the beginning of this year I experienced a pipe bursting and flooding the house. Then in March I collapsed and needed emergency Gallbladder removal surgery.
I am now in survival mood reaching out to you all for assistance in helping me move forward with closing her estate, selling the house. So I can live in a healthier safer environment and move on to being happy again with my life. Any assistance big or small makes it one step closer to my nightmare being over.
Greatly appreciated and thank you- Heidi
