My father, Shawn Kummala, unexpectedly passed away. He unfortunately had no plan or savings for this situation. My sister and I are hoping to get some help with paying for the cremation services.

Times are tough for everyone right now and any financial relief we can get would be a huge weight off our shoulders.

UPDATE - with the help of many friends and family we raised enough money for the cremation service. Yay!!

Any extra money donated is still greatly appreciated and we will be using towards any other memorial expenses for our father.. there is still a lot of unknowns right now unfortunately. Thank you so much to everyone who donated and thank you to everyone who shared our story as well. Everything helps. We love and appreciate each and every one of you.

We still do not have a date for any service yet. But, we are working with the VA to arrange for a burial in duluth. We will update again when we know more.
