This is Max! Max came to us at 3 weeks old over 13 years ago. He is an extremely loved member of our family.

Max went to the vet on Friday because he hadn’t been acting right for the 4 previous days. He wasn’t eating, drinking, using the bathroom, and was hiding away. Once at the vet, they found that Max had a high fever, congestion in his lungs, he was losing muscle mass, and his belly area was tender to him. After numerous tests and 4 hours there, we found out that Max has a large tumor in his stomach and it’s cancer. The veterinarian stated he didn’t have long and provided Max some pain meds, fluids, and antibiotics and sent us home for the weekend.

Max is suffering and all we wanna do is make sure he passes peacefully and without pain. Our vet bill is around $1000, which leaves us with nothing to move forward with a peaceful euthanasia. We want him to be surrounded by the ones who love him. We are hoping to relieve him of his suffering on Monday and would like to cremate him so we always have him home. This is all we are asking for help with. We will figure out the vet bill ourselves. However, if we receive more than asking, every bit of it will go towards his vet bills. If you can help out at all, we would be forever grateful. Every dollar helps. We just don’t want him to rapidly get worse and live the little bit of life he has left in pain.
