Compassion for Chrissy and Scooby Doo

If you know Chrissy, you know her heart belongs to the animals—both at work and at home. For those who do not know her, she is a vet technician at an animal shelter and wildlife rehabilitator who goes above and beyond for EVERYONE! She has often stayed beyond her work hours to assist in emergency surgeries, helping to save countless furry lives. In her free time, she is always still working and helping animals by rehabilitating wildlife that have been injured or babies who are abandoned.

She works tirelessly and endlessly to help any animal she comes in contact with, always aiming to bring stress, anxiety, and fear down and trying to give them the best quality of life possible. She’s the person who jumps in without hesitation to help staff, advocate for our animals, and go to bat for anyone in need.

Now, Chrissy is facing a challenge of her own. Her beloved dog, Scooby Doo, is in recent need of urgent veterinary care, and the medical bills are stacking up quickly. As any pet owner knows, we’d do anything to make sure they get the care they need—but the costs can be overwhelming.

Chrissy would never ask for help herself, but we’re coming together as a team to support her the way she’s always supported us. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward Scooby Doo’s medical bills and recovery.
