Peckham Community Yoga Classes & Asylum Soundbath
I am deeply passionate about the healing power of yoga, not just for individuals but also it's wonderful ability to build community.
Yoga goes beyond physical exercise; it cultivates a sense of inner peace, resilience, and compassion - something which feels so distant from the heartbreaking atrocities we’re witnessing unfold in Palestine.
Medical Aid Palestine does vital work to provide essential medical care and support to Palestinians affected by conflict and occupation. By contributing to their cause through these classes, we can extend our yoga practice beyond the mat and make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Through our collective efforts, we can offer hope, healing, and solidarity to those who need it most, embodying the true spirit of yoga as a force for positive change in the world.
Together, we can raise funds for an incredible organisation whilst practising for ourselves.
Classes take place every Monday at 6.30pm, Budgens Pomeroy Street, Peckham.
