We are reaching out to our community far and wide on behalf of our Mom Linda Grile, as was she was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Linda is a resilient and courageous woman who raised 6 kids plus two bonus boys. She put herself through school as a single mother, working and studying full time to become a Registered Nurse. Her compassion runs deep and her service to the geriatric community over 20 years has been a blessing to families and individuals experiencing end of life care.
On behalf of Sara, Shannon, Stefani (daughters), Sam, Seth, and Sean (sons) as well as her 10 grandchildren, husband Jarred and those that hold Linda dear and near we thank you for your love, support, kindness, and generosity.
The funds raised will go directly to medical expenses that are not covered through insurance (which are already proving to cause more stress than the diagnosis itself). By relieving some of the financial burdens, our Mom Linda can reserve her inner resources for healing.
We will keep you updated on the progress of Linda's treatment, and share videos and photos of her journey here. She has a great sense of humor and a radiant optimism that serves her well in these challenging times. May we all remember to look for the silver lining.
