Our friend, Joe Tyler, and his pup, Skiff, were involved in a hit-and-run in Soulard at 8:45am on Thursday, October 17, 2024. Perhaps you’ve seen Joe and Skiff around the neighborhood. They are both a little sore and banged up, but OK. Joe’s motorized wheelchair, on the other hand, sustained a lot of damage, and they will be facing unexpected medical costs.
