It is with a heavy heart that I am sharing the unexpected passing of Monica and her husband, Ben Steigner, on the night of July 6th, 2024 in Tallahassee, FL. They were fatally struck by a pickup truck while crossing an intersection just after 10PM.

She is survived by her parents, Isaac and Mary Beth, and her brother, Andrew.

As her family comes to terms with this profound loss, they are faced with the unexpected costs of honoring her memory. We are reaching out to our community, friends, and family for support during this challenging time.

All donations will go to the Hong family to help with funeral expenses, travel, and lodging. There is also a GoFundMe campaign for the Steigner family, if you would like to contribute to that one as well.
