Recently, Hadiyyah Smith was struck by a car while she was walking on a protected crosswalk. She is ok, but has sustained significant injuries that make it increasingly difficult to sit for a long periods. Hadiyyah drives for Uber and HopSkipDrive- and is unable to work her normal hours; reducing her income drastically.

We live in an expensive city with less than gracious landlords, herself included.

Until her injuries heal, Hadiyyah is unable to work at full capacity. Any little bit would help her get back on her feet until everything is settled. She needs her community more than ever right now. Thank you for anything you’re able to give.
