Support Daniel during his cancer treatment

Our friend Daniel is facing one of the toughest challenges of his life, a recent cancer diagnosis that changed everything in a matter of months. Thankfully, his doctor identified the cancer as isolated, and a type that can be treated aggressively and effectively. Since his diagnosis, Daniel has been working closely with an incredible medical team and underwent an intensive treatment plan that combined chemotherapy and radiation at the same time.

This approach was designed to attack the cancer as powerfully as possible, and required, tremendous physical and emotional strength. Daniel has now completed both his chemotherapy and radiation treatments. While this marks an important milestone, the road ahead still includes recovery, healing, follow up care, and managing the lasting effects that treatment could bring.

For more than a decade, Daniel has shown up for others through his friendships, mentorship, and involvement in the community. Because of that, the people whose lives he has touched are coming together to show up for him now. This fundraiser is being organized by friends who want to help ease the financial strain that often comes with cancer treatment– medical expenses, time away from work, and the many unexpected cost along the way. If you are able to contribute, any amount is deeply appreciated and will help Daniel fully on recovery and healing.

Daniel has always believed strongly on giving back and supporting the next generation. In that spirit, any funds remaining after his medical recovery expenses, will be directed towards an ALPFA or similar scholarship to support future students and leaders.
