Hi, I’m Jenna Adams, and I am asking for much needed, heartfelt support for Children’s Healing Art Project (CHAP) during a time of uncertainty for this meaningful organization.
CHAP is approaching its 20th year of bringing the healing power of art to children and their families facing medical challenges. Consistent programs require consistent support and with funding becoming harder to come by, CHAP is working tirelessly to stay steady while we prepare for our annual fundraiser this November.
You can be a CHAP Kid’s champion by helping us keep paint flowing into sterile hospital environments and getting beads and clay into the hands of patients and their families over these next critical months. You can help bring joy where there is worry and community where there is isolation.
Your operational support doesn't just keep programs running, it ensures that no child faces healing alone.
When a 7-year-old arrives at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, scared and confused, CHAP is there.
When a teenager in the pediatric hematology/oncology unit needs a creative outlet during chemo, we’re ready.
When families need connection and a tactile way to calm their minds, we deliver, through art.
Your investment directly powers our hospital programs, ensuring that no child heals without creative support.
Your contribution also maintains our healing spaces, including the CHAP art studio where creative magic happens and CHAP stocks hope!
With trauma-informed staff and volunteers, CHAP offers accessibility and adaptive art tools to ensure children are seen for their creativity and not their diagnosis.
Children don’t choose when illness strikes. But you can choose to ensure CHAP is always ready to serve them.
Your sustainability gift creates the foundation that makes every healing moment possible. You are investing in consistent healing and creative expression at a time when joy is needed most.
Thank you for being part of CHAP’s story.
