Cliff is Downtown San Jose’s greatest smile. He is an endless good mood with a kind heart and everlasting supportive words, not to mention a clever quip for everyone.

Cliff has blessed everyone around him with unbelievable levels of joy for so long, and he’s forever supportive of all with his huge heart. Right now, Cliff and his wife Trudy are in need of support.

Our beloved Cliff has had a difficult time finding work for several months, and it’s not for lack of trying to find it. We all know he is an incredible go-getter who works hard to care for his family.

In addition, because of current administrative changes, their food stamps have been cut. He is in need of help with groceries, but more urgently, Cliff and Trudy are at risk of losing the home they have lived in for 10 years. As Cliff always says, these bills don’t pay themselves.

Cliff has given all of us incredible joy with his presence and his words for so many years, and I’d love to show him that his role in the community has paid off.

Cliff is also looking for work, which is also a part of this opportunity in case anyone knows of good work for a great man. Please let us know if anywhere looking for a charming security guard or gregarious greeter, this is your guy.

I know that times are so difficult for all of us. The state of the world is scary, stressful, and uncertain. Giving love and support to one another feels like one of the only ways to keep fighting for community.
