Dear Concordia Residents,

We are writing to you today with a heavy heart. Our long-time maintenance worker and friend Carlos, lost his oldest son last week. As you can imagine, this is a difficult time for him and his family. Carlos David was just 34 years old.

Carlos has been with Concordia for 12 years and is a valued member of the team. We are deeply saddened by his loss and want to do everything we can to support him.

We know many of you have built a personal relationship with Carlos, and we would like to provide an option to the community for anyone who wishes to make a donation or express their condolences.

All donations will go directly to Carlos and his family.
