Community Recovery Support for Greg

Our beloved community member, Greg, needs our help! This month, Greg is focusing on his recovery at a full time program. The systemic barriers to employment for formerly incarcerated people, paired with his need to focus on his well-being, leave Greg behind in rent and in preparing to move to a more supportive living situation. We are looking to raise $2,300 to provide:

Greg is a Boston-based community member, activist, collaborative artist, and overall kindhearted friend and human. As a formerly incarcerated individual, he has had his fair share of struggles in life. He recently lost his employment and is behind on rent payments and everyday bills. Greg is currently enrolled in a 30-day rehabilitative program in Massachusetts and is showing strong signs of healing. When he finishes the program later in May, he needs to pay his outstanding rent balance, as well as secure housing within a sober community house in Boston. We believe that with our support, Greg will be able to experience less financial stress and will be able to give more time and energy to making a strong step forward in his recovery.
