Jeff Power a lifetime Woburn, MA resident and father of two along with his wife Stacey, His children are Riley and Shane. Jeff has been diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease. This has left him unable to work. He had been the head groundskeeper at Woburn Country Club for many years. Jeff has been an active member of the community as a youth hockey coach and has been a friend to all over the years.

Parkinsons is a progressive disease and will require retro fitting his home with ramps and a handicap accessible bathroom. We are hoping to raise funds to help offset the cost of these renovations.

Jeff is maintaining a positive attitude as he deals with this terrible disease. We hope that you can find it in your heart to contribute to the Go Fund Me so that his quality of life can remain as high as possible.
