I'm Morgan and I'm raising funds to support ̶m̶y̶ our friend Floyd getting a replacement car after losing theirs in a recent flash flood.

Floyd has raised countless funds for the local community through organizing events and performances but now they need our help. While our city of Muncie does have public transportation, their primary mode of transportation is a car so that they can also schedule hours for grocery deliveries.

The insurance claim that was filed has Floyd in a good/bad position where thankfully they don't owe anything on the car that has been totaled due to flood damage but they're unfortunately not going to receive any sort of additional funds to allow for a replacement car to be purchased.

I think about the number of times Floyd (a.k.a. Glinda B. Fierce) has fundraised for Muncie OUTreach, the Mark III Taproom, Ball State Spectrum, and Muncie Queer Alliance and realize how much the local community has greatly benefited from their generosity of spirit and mission focus on caring for the most vulnerable among us.

If we can all chip in a little bit and spread the word to all the folks who have directly or indirectly benefited from all the effort and care Floyd provides, they'll be able to get a safe and reliable used vehicle to get moving again!
