On September 2, 2026, Jimena Flores Harms was riding her bike home from school when she was struck by a car. Jimena suffered severe injuries, including two broken femurs, and faces a long and difficult road to recovery, including surgeries, hospital stays, and ongoing medical care. Jimena is a strong and courageous little girl, but her family needs our help during this incredibly difficult time. Her mom is a single mother who will be facing not only the emotional weight of caring for her daughter, but also the many unexpected expenses that come with a serious injury. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease that burden and go directly toward Jimena’s hospital and medical expenses, travel to and from appointments, gas, food, and other costs associated with her recovery.
