Danny was recently engaged to the love of his life, Allen. The two shared a deep, joyful love, and Danny adored Allen immensely. Their future together was full of hope, laughter, and plans that were only just beginning.

Anyone who knew Danny knew his selfless heart, his infectious smile, and his rare gift of making everyone feel like a friend - because to Danny, no one was ever a stranger. He carried a light that drew people in and made them feel seen. Danny’s love for Pokémon was a joyful extension of who he was; through thoughtful unpackings and tender, detailed narrations of his cherished Pokémon statues, he shared not just his knowledge, but his wonder - creating moments of connection, comfort, and joy for so many.

Danny also loved his little family deeply; his two dogs, Kaisa and Sersi, and their cat, Pickles. They were woven into his everyday happiness and the home he built with Allen.

Because Danny and Allen were engaged but not yet married, Allen is facing this heartbreaking loss without access to life insurance or survivor benefits, while also carrying the immense emotional weight of losing his partner.

This fundraiser is to help ease the immediate financial burden Allen is facing, including:
