Olesya's Kitchen is the only Ukrainian restaurant in Indiana. We've been cooking real, from-scratch Ukrainian food here in Columbus since 2012. Borscht, vareniky, cabbage rolls, honey cake. The kind of food that takes all day to make and disappears in minutes.
Where We Come From:
Oksana Bondar has been running this kitchen for four years. Every dish she makes is rooted in the recipes and traditions she grew up with in Ukraine, built on the belief that food made the right way, with the right ingredients and real care, is something people can feel the difference in.
Olesya's Kitchen is still here, the only Ukrainian restaurant in this state, having been serving a community that keeps showing up, and introducing Ukrainian food to people who had no idea what they were missing.

1. Support Ukraine Through Us
- Ten percent of everything raised goes directly to Ukrainian relief, to organizations supporting people on the ground who need it most. We came from Ukraine. We haven't forgotten. And this is one of the most direct ways this restaurant can contribute to something bigger than itself. 10% of everything raised will go directly towards NovaUkraine relief organization.

- We've built a merch line rooted in Ukrainian culture and the identity of this place: the Borscht Believer Club, as well as Vareniky Fixed Me. Shirts and hats made to be worn and to start conversations. The top 10 contributors will receive merch pieces.
3. Backing VareniGo, Our New Venture
- VareniGo is a monthly subscription box of hand-made Ukrainian vareniky, made right here in this kitchen and shipped directly to your door. We're crowdfunding the launch. Early backers get first access and a founding subscriber rate we won't offer again.
