Community Home Australia - Dementia Support
Do you want to join me in making a difference for people living with dementia in the community?
I'm raising money in aid of COMMUNITY HOME AUSTRALIA, a not for profit charity aiming to provide non-institutional residential care homes for people with dementia and every donation will help.
Community Home Australia is an Australian Charities & Not for Profit Commission registered charity in Australia and all donations over $2 are tax deductible. Every single cent donated will go to providing services and buying equipment for the home.
We are currently building our first home Kambera House in Canberra which will open later this year and then will be looking at other areas in desperate need for aged care alternatives to keep loved ones out of large aged care homes.
Each home will cater for people both under and over 65 years who are living with dementia and will provide 24 hour care and services in a local community. Self funded and NDIS places will be available.
