You all know Tony, Oak Ridge's motorcycle Santa. What you might not know is that on Saturday, August 9th, he had a hemispheric stroke, an ischemic stroke.

Tony is currently in the UT Neuro Critical Care unit where he's working on recovery.

He has no movement in his left arm at all, his speech is extremely delayed, and his visual field is very limited with little to no sight towards the left side. BUT we got him up walking a bit with therapist assistance and a support belt. Thanks to God.

Tony has never been one to accept help, let alone ask for it. However, at this point in time, we are asking for the support and help from our family, friends, and community. He has been a staple in the community and has done many benefits, donations—you name it, and he’s done it for anyone in need.

Any donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated. It’s going to be a long recovery, so we are looking to help get him some assistance with medical bills, rehab, and a rehabilitation center as he will be out of work for the unforeseen future.
