My name is Shawn Dubois and I am the mother of the Jefferson parish inmate who passed on 4/20 Christopher D. Burgau at the age of 32. Christopher suffered with mental health issues such as schizophrenia and was not properly medicated by the JPSO and the state mental health department. We ask for the public’s help for a proper burial for my son. We would definitely appreciate the community’s help with any assistance. No proper arrangements have been made at this time and we are asking for help in doing so.
