Community Help for Susana Armendarez's Water Bill

Hello my name is Susana Armendarez, I am an lifetime resident of Wichita Falls, a widower, and a cancer survivor and I am in great need of my community help. I have had two major water leaks at my home and my water bill was $2100. I have been struggling to get it paid off. I was placed on a payment plan and have managed to get it down to 1459.30. I have asked for financial assistance but I was denied due to the fact that I am on a payment plan. I have never asked for any help but with holidays around the corner I would greatly appreciated any help God bless!
