Community Help for School Kids in Sri Lanka

COMMUNITY HELP FOR SCHOOL KIDS INITIATIVE (Ontario Non Profit 1987147) operating as SJC87 INITIATIVE has been working in the North and East of Sri Lanka for the past 10 years in mainly Educational projects. Main aim of the organization is to make kids stay in school at least until the end of high school. During the pandemic time, when schools are closed, SJC87 has been working with  Education Zones in the North to print and distribute subject materials and worksheets to all students in particular zones. This will make students occupied and they would have covered all syllabus material when they return to school in mid July. Students will be given feedback when they return to school with the worksheets provided to them. We have already done work in Thenmaradchy and Kilinochchi Zones. We are now trying to do this in Mannaar, Madhu and Vanuniya North Zones.
