Hi, I’m Wade Savage! I’m the founder of The Florio Network ltd - Sensory Emergency, and I’m on a mission to bring a little bit of calm to a world that is often way too loud.
The Story Behind the Siren
If you’ve seen my video, you know the heart behind this project. As someone with ADHD—and as a dad to a son with the same diagnosis—I know firsthand how overwhelming the world can feel. For me, school was a constant battle of sensory overload. Sometimes, all a person needs is five minutes to reset so they can face the day again.
But for many in our community with complex needs, those five minutes are hard to find. That’s why I built the Sensory Ambulance: a mobile sanctuary designed to go exactly where it's needed most.
Why We’re Raising Funds
I wish I could provide this service for free to everyone, but fuel, maintenance, and supporting my own family mean there’s a cost to keep the wheels turning.
However, I hate the thought of a "void" between us and the families who need us most. Your donations will bridge that gap. By supporting this page, you aren’t just "donating"—you’re fueling a movement to:
Reach More Families: Funding "Community Days" and coffee mornings where the van is free for families to use.
Go Mobile & Global: Helping us travel across the country to schools and neighborhoods that lack sensory support.
Innovate: Developing new vans and intuitive tech to make our spaces even more effective.
Support the Team: Covering running costs, maintenance, and fair wages so we can stay on the road full-time.
Help Us Bridge the Gap
The world is developing fast, but neurodivergent individuals are often left behind. I want to ensure that no matter where you are or what your budget is, a "reset" is within reach.
Whether it’s a small donation or sharing our story, you are helping us turn "overwhelmed" into "empowered."
Thank you for being part of the journey.
