Our hearts are with the Oberst family as they endure the heartbreaking loss of their son, Brant, a fifth grade student in our district and an important part of our school community. Mandy Oberst, a music teacher at Way Elementary, has shared her care and gifts with so many children and families, and now it is our turn to surround her family with that same love and support. With daughters (Brielle, Brynn, Blair) also attending school in the district, the Oberst family is deeply connected to our community.

We are raising funds to help cover medical and funeral expenses and to provide support that allows Mandy to remain home with her family for the rest of the school year. Above all, we hope to ease some of the burdens they are carrying so they can focus on one another and take the time they need.
