A Love Letter to Salt Lake we want your support!

Each summer, Salt Lake Power Yoga pours its heart into State of Mind—a completely free, open-to-all yoga series on the steps of the Utah State Capitol. It’s not just a yoga class. It’s a shared experience of connection, movement, and community in one of the most breathtaking settings in our city.

We don’t charge for it. We don’t profit from it.

We host it because we believe in it—with everything we’ve got.

We believe in what happens when people gather outside, breathe together, and remember they belong. And so, year after year, we show up and make it happen—regardless of cost—because we know how much this event gives back to those who attend.

But here’s the honest truth:

It takes about $800 to bring just one of these evenings to life—permits, sound equipment, signage, insurance, staff support, registration, coordination… the list goes on. With 15 practices planned this season… you do the math.

As a small, locally-owned business, we’re proud to carry the load. But we also know there are people in our extended cOMmunity who value State of Mind just as much as we do—and who might be in a position to support its continued growth and sustainability.
