Bek Miremis is an educator, healthcare provider, caregiver, and friend in our community for decades. Those of us privileged to know and love Bek recognize that they are the first to show up and the last to leave when anyone in our community has needs. Now is our chance to give practical thanks.

Bek suffered a sudden failure in their spine that required unplanned surgery and several weeks of hospitalization. The surgery was successful, but the nerve damage will take many months and a lot of physical therapy to heal. Bek’s mobility continues to be limited.
