We are the Committee to Protect New Buffalo Property Owners. Under the leadership of Mayor John Humphrey and the current city council, the City of New Buffalo and local businesses are on a one-way road to disaster. Policies adopted by the current city council will drive out tourism, the lifeblood of the New Buffalo economy, drive down property values and drive up taxes for the people who live in this city. A lot of damage has been done, and there is a lot of work to be done to correct it, but it will only worsen without immediate and decisive measures. The city faces several lawsuits and mounting legal costs, not to mention massive liability exposure because of the actions of Mayor Humphrey and the current city council. Help us to help the citizens and businesses of New Buffalo by donating to the recall efforts of Mayor John Humphrey and Councilman Brian Flanagan.
