Hi friends! My name is Lyam and I’m the co-owner of a small vegan Puertorican restaurant called Cocina Plantosaurus in Charles Town WV. We where finally able to open our dream restaurant 9 months ago and we are blown away with the love and support we’ve received since we opened our doors. Yesterday one of our small fryers went down and we’ve had to put a provisional home deep fryer to help us cook this week. We are trying to raise money to finally buy a commercial fryer , this will really help us improve our time and service.
